At Sonni Aminos, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment.
Important Notice: Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds and our strict handling and quality-control standards, orders cannot be returned after leaving our facility. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
If you need to request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@sonniaminos.com before your order has been processed or prepared for shipment.
Cancellation requests may only be reviewed when an order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been prepared, packed, dispatched, or transferred to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
Once an order leaves our facility for shipping, the transaction is considered final. At that point, Sonni Aminos cannot issue a refund, accept a return, exchange a product, or reverse the order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information carefully before completing checkout, including compound selection, strength, quantity, shipping address, email address, and other contact information.
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment is no longer under our direct control. Sonni Aminos is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, failed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping information, or other shipping-related circumstances outside our control.
Shipping concerns may be reviewed when reasonably possible. However, a carrier delay or delivery issue does not automatically qualify an order for a refund once the package has left our facility.
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the package and affected products.
Each claim will be reviewed individually. Submission of a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement. Sonni Aminos reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the available information.
