SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy explains how Sonni Aminos handles order
processing, fulfillment, UPS shipping services, tracking updates, delivery
support, and shipment-related communication for research-use-only compound
products.
Important Notice: Sonni Aminos offers UPS 2-Day Shipping
for a $15 flat rate and UPS Next Day Air for a $60 flat rate. Qualifying
orders over $250 receive free UPS 2-Day Shipping. UPS Next Day Air is not
included in the free-shipping offer.
1. SHIPPING RATES
Sonni Aminos provides the following UPS shipping options for eligible
orders. Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.

Domestic Fulfillment: Eligible orders are processed
and fulfilled within the estimated timeframe provided during checkout
or in the order confirmation.

UPS 2-Day Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $15
applies to eligible orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

UPS Next Day Air: Expedited UPS Next Day Air shipping
is available for a flat rate of $60.

Free UPS 2-Day Shipping: Orders with a qualifying
total over $250 receive free UPS 2-Day Shipping.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided for
eligible shipped orders once it becomes available from UPS.

Shipping Availability: Shipping services are subject
to destination eligibility, carrier availability, compound availability,
and the options displayed at checkout.
Free shipping applies only to UPS 2-Day Shipping on qualifying orders
over $250. Customers who select UPS Next Day Air will be charged the
$60 flat rate, even when the order qualifies for free UPS 2-Day Shipping.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after successful payment verification and internal
order review. Processing times may vary depending on order volume,
compound availability, weekends, holidays, shipping cut-off times,
payment status, and operational requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping,
contact, and account information is complete and accurate before
placing an order.
3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, tracking details may
be sent by email or made available through your order status or tracking
page when applicable.
Tracking scans and updates are provided by UPS. Sonni Aminos is not
responsible for delays in carrier tracking updates after a package has
been transferred to UPS for delivery.
4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
UPS delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed,
packaged, transferred to UPS, and accepted into the carrier’s network.
Processing and fulfillment time are separate from the selected shipping
service.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, destination
conditions, weather, holidays, shipping demand, service interruptions,
or other circumstances outside our direct control. Sonni Aminos cannot
guarantee an exact delivery date after a package has been transferred
to UPS.
5. EXPRESS SHIPPING
UPS Next Day Air is available for eligible orders at a flat rate of $60.
The estimated delivery timeframe begins after order processing and after
UPS has accepted the package into its shipping network. UPS Next Day Air
remains a paid shipping option and is not included in the free UPS
2-Day Shipping offer for orders over $250.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping
information during checkout. Sonni Aminos is not responsible for delays,
failed deliveries, returned shipments, address correction fees, or lost
packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable
address details submitted by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us
immediately before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an
order has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.
7. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your shipment appears delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please
contact our support team with your order number, UPS tracking
information, photographs when applicable, and a clear explanation of
the issue so the matter can be reviewed.
Replacement shipments, credits, or other support resolutions may be
evaluated individually based on UPS confirmation, tracking status,
delivery scans, compound availability, and the circumstances of the
shipment.
8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that research-use-only compounds
may be legally purchased, received, possessed, and used within their
jurisdiction.
Sonni Aminos reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel orders when
required due to legal restrictions, UPS carrier limitations, destination
restrictions, compound availability, payment review, compliance
concerns, or operational limitations.
9. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
UPS 2-Day Shipping and UPS Next Day Air are available only for eligible
destinations supported by the carrier. The shipping options available
for a specific order will be displayed during checkout.
Sonni Aminos reserves the right to restrict shipping to destinations
that cannot be reliably or lawfully serviced. Orders placed with an
unsupported or restricted delivery address may be held or canceled.
10. RESEARCH COMPOUND HANDLING DURING SHIPPING
Sonni Aminos supplies compounds strictly for qualified laboratory
research, in-vitro testing, and analytical purposes only. Product
handling, packaging, and shipping processes are structured to support
compound integrity and responsible fulfillment.
Compounds offered by Sonni Aminos are not intended for human or animal
consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, food use,
cosmetic use, or any consumer application.
11. POLICY UPDATES
Sonni Aminos reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy
at any time without prior notice. Any policy changes will be reflected
on this page along with the updated revision date.
